Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DHONDI platform, websites, and related services (the “Service”), provided by Bhagubai Damaji Automation Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, India (“DHONDI”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the institution you represent (“Customer”).

1. The Service

DHONDI provides a multi-tenant, AI-native platform for educational institutions to manage admissions, fees, attendance, exams and results, communication, and related operations. We may add, change, or discontinue features to improve the Service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You may use the Service only for institutions you are authorised to administer, and only if you can form a binding contract under applicable law.

3. Customer data and ownership

As between the parties, the Customer owns all data it submits to the Service (“Customer Data”). The Customer grants us a limited licence to host and process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service, in line with our Privacy Policy. We act as a processor on the Customer's instructions.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
  • Do not attempt to breach security, tenant isolation, or access data you are not authorised to see.
  • Do not upload malware, or misuse communication features to send spam or unlawful content.
  • Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

5. Fees, billing, and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at purchase (for example monthly or annually) and, unless cancelled, renew automatically for successive periods. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You authorise us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Free tier and trials

We may offer a free tier or trial. Free access is provided “as is”, may have usage limits, and may be changed or withdrawn.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability and provide support through the channels described on our site. Planned maintenance and factors beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by DHONDI and its licensors. These Terms grant no rights except the limited right to use the Service.

9. Confidentiality

Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis without warranties of any kind except as required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DHONDI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Term, termination, and suspension

These Terms apply while you use the Service. Either party may terminate as permitted in the applicable order or plan. We may suspend access for non-payment, security risk, or material breach. On termination, the Customer may export Customer Data within a reasonable period, after which we may delete it.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
